"With my background in education, I know that learning is not just cognitive — it’s emotional, and every child deserves a personalized path and a safe space to grow."
Introduction
In this role, I was responsible for designing the entire product — from visual identity and UI to UX focused on AI-powered features. A major challenge was creating an AI communication system tailored to various age groups, along with autonomous AI-driven components that supported the learning process.I focused on maximizing user engagement and educational effectiveness by conducting qualitative research (IDI) and usability testing. The project combined user-centered design with advanced AI technologies, resulting in an innovative and impactful product.

Approach
As both Lead Designer and Product Manager, I led the design of the platform end-to-end. My work spanned:
Designing a full visual identity and interface that could scale across age demographics
Creating a component architecture built natively around AI capabilities, including:
Dynamic content generation
Personalized learning journeys
Adaptive UI based on user behavior and performance
Conducting in-depth user interviews (IDI) and usability testing to validate cognitive load, motivation factors, and engagement
Designing for AI-Native workflows forced a complete shift in thinking — from designing steps, to designing intent, adaptive logic, and micro-feedback systems that could evolve in real time.
One of the most impactful outcomes was reducing the learning curve by up to 20%, by letting the system proactively guide users through tailored pathways — improving both engagement and retention.
Challenge
The goal was to design a next-generation educational platform where AI wasn’t an add-on — it was the foundation. The product needed to dynamically adapt to users of different age groups, deliver real-time personalized feedback, and support autonomous content generation. Designing in an AI-first environment meant rethinking the entire user experience — from interface to behavior — with a deep focus on adaptivity, guidance, and trust. The challenge extended beyond usability and UI — it demanded the creation of an entirely new component architecture that could think, learn, and respond.
