"I designed a breakthrough AI-First product where workouts and nutrition are dynamically generated based on each user’s health data, physical goals, and real-time progress."
Introduction
As a Product Designer, I was responsible for designing the UX/UI of the web application, the admin panel, and a mobile app developed with an AI-First approach. I conducted in-depth user research to create intuitive, engaging interfaces tailored to different usage contexts. I designed the entire user experience of the product, building system architecture and AI-driven features that ensured natural, meaningful, and supportive interactions between the user and the technology.
Additionally, I developed a cohesive communication strategy and core system structure to align the experience for both end users and the management team.

Approach
To design a truly intelligent and empathetic product, I began with an extensive Discovery phase:
Spent 6 months working directly with professional trainers to understand how physical structure, goals, and movement patterns influence exercise planning. Collaborated intensively with dietitians over another 6 months, mapping out nutritional logic, restrictions, and adaptive meal strategies. Translated this domain expertise into AI logic architecture — building the foundational framework for automated decision-making and real-time personalization
My role extended across: UX/UI design of the mobile app, web platform, and admin interface. Building a modular content system that dynamically assembles workouts, meals, and progress suggestions. Designing for non-linear, adaptive user flows — where no two users see the same sequence. Integrating motivational design patterns, micro-feedback, and emotionally intelligent interaction cues. Developing a communication system that aligned coaching tone, feedback messages, and AI responses into a coherent, supportive experience
This was not just about making the app look good — it was about creating a living, responsive ecosystem that empowered, guided, and adapted to the user at every stage.
Challenge
The objective was to design an AI-first fitness and nutrition platform that could intelligently match personalized exercises and meal plans to users based on body type, goals, and progress — all in real time.
The core challenge wasn’t just technical; it was human. The system needed to go beyond utility, delivering personalized support, motivation, and trust, while adapting dynamically to each individual’s journey.
Achieving this level of intelligence and empathy required a deep understanding of training theory, dietary principles, and emotional patterns in user behavior.
