In this project, I set out to design an AI-First, Data-Driven platform that redefines how we learn — not through static content, but through intelligent, personalized experiences. The result is a powerful tool for asynchronous education, capable of generating over 13,000 unique lessons in minutes, fully tailored to each learner’s needs, time, and goals. Every element — from architecture to interface — was built to adapt, support, and motivate.

This is more than just a product — it’s the future of education, already being adopted by 10 universities, and setting a new standard for scalable, individualized learning at global scale.

Approach

My involvement in this project was end-to-end, with a strong emphasis on AI-First design strategy and human-centered research. I conducted a wide-ranging Discovery phase that included: Dozens of interviews with educators, academic leaders, and university departments. Observational studies and usability testing with both individual learners and classroom groups. Workflow and cognitive load analysis across different user types. These insights informed every design decision — from AI-driven lesson structuring to assessment architecture and real-time learning feedback loops.

I worked on: Usability testing and prototyping of core modules. Designing the AI architecture for dynamic content generation, quizzes, auto-assessments, flashcards, and task analysis. Full UI Design of web and admin interfaces. Supporting dynamic AI Tutors, capable of real-time interaction and adaptive learning guidance. Content interaction logic: video transcriptions → summaries → flashcards → quizzes — all AI-automated

The system could create 13,000 personalized lessons in minutes, based on syllabi, textbooks, topic lists, or simply a target learning duration. It automatically divided material into segments, generated structured lessons, and crafted exercises tailored to each unit.

Challenge

The goal was to create a fully AI-native educational SaaS platform that would not only support but actively enhance the learning experience — for both individual users and large academic institutions. The challenge was multidimensional: build a system capable of generating thousands of personalized lessons within minutes, allow complete white-label customization, and ensure that every interaction — from content to conversation — feels natural, effective, and meaningful.

Equally critical was the demand for real-time language learning modules, content augmentation with multimedia, and a seamless user experience across varied educational models: individual learning, team collaboration, and institutional deployment.
