I began with a comprehensive Discovery phase, interviewing restaurant owners, managers, staff, and end users to understand operational bottlenecks and customer decision-making behaviors. Insights from this research shaped the product’s dual structure: a visually immersive experience for food discovery, and a streamlined admin system for real-time menu and order management.
Using a data-driven design approach, I mapped user flows across the full ecosystem — including guest interactions, waitstaff operations, and kitchen coordination. I then designed a cohesive interface system that allowed for easy menu personalization, dynamic pricing, multilingual support, and consistent brand presence. The result was an integrated, modular experience optimized for both customer engagement and restaurant efficiency.
